Nissan MR20 MR20DE engine components for Nissan X-Trail
Power 98 kW; 131 hp (133 PS) instead of 108 kW; In late 2006, the new Bluebird Sylphy received an additional 145 hp (147 PS). In the new Nissan X-Trail, Qashqai and C-Platform Sentra, the MR20DE produces 108 kW. Output is 145 hp (147 PS) at 5100 rpm and torque is 199 N·m (147 lb·ft) at 4800 rpm. The Middle Eastern version of the MR20DE engine in the Nissan Qashqai produces 110 kW of power; 148 hp (150 PS) at 5200 rpm and 200 N·m (148 lb·ft) of torque at 4400 rpm.
Description
The MR20DE is a 2.0 L (1997 cc) engine that was the first MR series engine developed by Nissan to replace the QR20DE. It is a square engine with a bore and stroke of 84 mm × 90.1 mm (3.31 in × 3.55 in). It was first launched in early 2005 in the Lafesta and Serena MPVs and the Renault Samsung SM5. In November 2006, it entered the Renault Clio III line-up as the M4R, with an output of 108 kW; 145 PS (147 PS).
