The HR16DE is a 1.6 L (1,598 cc) naturally aspirated gasoline inline four-cylinder engine, 16-valve DOHC; electronic injection; with variable valve timing. The engine has two injectors per cylinder to improve fuel economy and reduce emissions. Bore: 78 mm (3.07 in); Stroke 83.6 mm (3.29 in).
